I am Cassie Reynolds, a Kinesiologist, Mindfulness Facilitator, Nervous System practitioner and founder of Luminous Soul Life. I created Regulate in 5 for women who hold a lot, feel deeply and want practical ways to feel calmer and more in control day to day.

This course brings together nervous system education, mindfulness principles and practical regulation tools so you feel more in control, more grounded, and more like yourself.

These are the same principles and practices I use in my client work and in my own life.
